Just put your ingredients into a bottle or jar of water and put it in the fridge over night and then voilà! You are ready to go!

I suggest freezing your fruits before using them for smoothies, this helps keep them fresh and your don't have to use ice cubes! Just put your ingredients in your blender with milk or a juice of your choice and then BOOM! You get a tasteful treat.
